How to Import Your Signature

Gmail
Click the gear icon and select "See all settings"
Scroll down to the "Signature" section
Click "Create new" and give it a name
Paste your signature (Cmd+V or Ctrl+V)
Scroll down and click "Save Changes"
Outlook Web
Click the gear icon and select "View all Outlook settings"
Go to "Mail" → "Compose and reply"
Under "Email signature", paste your signature
Check "Include signature on new messages"
Click "Save"
Outlook Desktop (Windows/Mac)
Go to "File" → "Options" → "Mail" (Windows) or "Outlook" → "Preferences" → "Signatures" (Mac)
Click "Signatures" and then "New"
Give your signature a name
Paste your signature in the editor
Click "OK" to save
macOS Mail
Open Mail and go to "Mail" → "Settings" → "Signatures"
Select your email account and click the "+" button

Paste your signature in the right panel
Close the preferences window to save
iOS Mail
Go to "Settings" → "Mail" → "Signature"
If you have multiple accounts, choose "Per Account"

Tap back to save automatically
